It’s so unfortunate. They lost a customer because their customer service was a 0/10. We went inside on June 7, 2024 at approximately 4:15-4:20pm (for reference on the guy that was working)

He did not look up, he did not stand, he did not speak, he did not even make himself look “busy”. He sat behind the register with his head buried in his phone the entire time that we were looking for things.

Honestly, we were uncomfortable asking for help so we left. He is not a good representative of this company and he will cause business loss. We definitely won’t be recommending and of our friends/family to waste their time in here.

If you’re looking for elegant and affordable suits this is the place to go! Our salesman Bassem was amazing, he has so much knowledge about suits and what ties and accessories look best with the outfit. We had a last minute event and was having trouble finding a place that could tailor a suit in such a short amount of time and he had the suit done the same day we purchased. Had to get a last minute suit and found Zain Joseph in the mall, figured I would give them a try and man I’m grateful I did. They had such a large selection of suits and accessories. Bassam the salesman got me dressed right. He put together the perfect size suit for me and showed me what shirt, tie and shoes looked best for the suit I got. He even got the tailoring done quickly.
