In the past getting awesome drinks from here was the best. After my experience today, NEVER AGAIN! My team normally gets drinks here about every week, so we give them a LOT of business. We tell our patients at the office we work at that these drinks are awesome, but as I've just said NEVER AGAIN! No recommendations from here EVER! NO MORE! After the service one of my team members and I received today, again NEVER AGAIN!
We came in with such positive vibes only to be crushed by the first employee who did not greet us, instead I GREETED her! Wanted to make sure she was okay with 6 orders today, she didn't seem like she wanted our business. She asked for the list I had of our orders, I was going to read them to her since I know my team members handwriting, NOPE, she did not want to do it that way. Okay, I was willing to go along with HER demands. Then a second employee came and the first employee said "we gotta lot of orders right now" The second employee's face dropped, and she looked at the notes and said, "why did you write it like this? you need to be more organized when you write it" SHE SAID THAT TO ME! Like it's my fault that I had a list anyways? What if I didn't have a list and had to tell you verbally? Would you have messed up the orders? Excuse me, I was willing to tell them the orders, it's not my fault they're not organized enough to know how to make the drinks or they can't read the labels THEY PUT ON THE DRINKS THEMSELVES!
The icing on the cake is this, the second employee with the terrible eyelashes with her eyelash glue showing told us what kind of straws we needed... I've been coming here for some time... I know which drinks need big straws and which drinks need regular straws... she tried to tell me that for 5 smoothies and 1 non smoothie I needed 2 regular straws and 4 big ones... please don't tell me how to drink my drink. For Management You need to work on your staff because even after we placed our order in someone else tried to order and they told her (with an attitude "oh no, you'll have to wait, we have too many drinks to make, maybe come back") THESE EMPLOYEES ARE MAKING YOU LOSE MONEY!
All of this for 6 drinks. Shouldn't be too much of a hassle. It's literally your job to make the drinks. Just do it. End of story, I'm never...

Compared to other tea bars like Kung-Fu Tea and Tiny Bubbles Tea Bar, this place is tolerable. I waited in line while the girl taking orders stood there talking to her friend. Another girl behind the counter was fixing drinks for another woman waiting. When I was finally acknowledged, the girl told me I’m sorry we are closed this (pointing to her friend) was our last customer. Really? Smh. But when I walked up today 5/17/19 there was 2 females one that was pregnant she was on the phone arguing and roller her eyes at me and walked away . Then the other one was kinda sweet I think she was new. I ordered my drink. Then the pregnant rude employer walked to the other girl to help her. And she didn’t even help she was just telling her what she was doing wrong then went off when she added the wrong thing. I said it’s fine then the rude employer ROLLED HER EYES AT ME AGAIN!!
