I am a loyal viewer of your programs on TV, internet, and radio, but I am writing today with what I consider a legitimate complaint and what I hope you would consider constructive criticism. Simply put, you are speaking too quickly. Viewers like me want thorough information, but when I have to watch the program three times to understand the forecast, something is wrong. I timed your presentation – it was only 2 minutes and 6 seconds! Here are a few suggestions that you should consider:

The weekly forecast should be on the screen for at least 30 seconds. You could consider a chyron that stays on the screen throughout the weather report. Include the national weather. Your viewers have family and friends around the country. This is information that people want to know. Finally, slow down so viewers can understand!!!! When I talk to people I speak slowly and pronounce my words so people can understand what I am saying. You should try it.

The American people need weather they can depend on. We all used to be able to depend on TWC, it's a shame we can't anymore. There needs to be either a government takeover of this company or Elon Musk buys it and returns dependable weather back to the people. Radar imagery is always over 10 minutes behind. Ads and commercials are far more important than accurate weather to these people. They have thrown aside what made them great, the weather. The mobile app is the slowest, sorriest running app I have on my phone. The radar won't even show county borders while severe weather is active. Leadership is disgusting, has drastically fallen off in the past 15 years. The current leadership is in charge to take out the Weather Channel and they are certainly getting it done. What in the heck is going on? These people are reporting storms? When none are in the Charleston area... then when we do have storms? They do not report. We have all had to rely on Ryan Hall Yall to do your job. At this point? We do not need TWC.. we just don't. Please just take the app down, disassemble the desks, and office belongings and just dead it all. Leave the building abandoned for us explorers though! 🤙 apparently, we have to go in person with pitchforks and fire to make them understand its not ok to let people die due to the lack of storm coverage you all are doing.
