Our server Alex was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our time eating and drinking during a Braves game day. The service was great, and we were having a good time. However, after being there for just over an hour, an employee—who seemed to be some kind of security or bouncer—approached us and informed us that there was a 90-minute table limit on game days. He told us we had five minutes before we needed to leave.
I understand having policies like that in place when the restaurant is on a long wait, but as I sit here waiting on the check, I can clearly see that most of the tables are empty and there’s no wait at all. The rigid enforcement of that policy, despite the lack of demand, felt unnecessary and left a bad taste in our mouths.
Instead of staying and possibly ordering more, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere—walking over to Yard House to finish out our day. It’s a shame because we would’ve gladly continued to spend money here if we hadn’t been rushed...
Read moreChecked out the Blue Moon Brewery & Grill for the first time. I found the place to be solid but unspectacular. The beer selection is a big step down from the old Terrapin spot; the ‘away beer’ are all super safe macro lager options for the most casual of drinkers, and the ‘home beers’ left something to be desired. I only drank beer that was brewed on-site (aka home beers), and that included the kölsch, IPA, and pale ale. The beer is fine but won’t blow your socks off with the pale ale being the best of the bunch in my opinion. Each ‘home beer’ came out to $9 a piece. Ordered a side of fries that came out almost instantly but were also on the cold side. Mojo is a bit lacking during non-busy hours. The space itself is basically identical to the old Terrapin taproom they just got rid of the red and made everything the colors of the Blue Moon logo. It’s a step down from Terrapin but it’ll do the job if you’re looking for any place to eat and drink...

Ordered sourdough pretzel, brisket tacos, smoked wings and a side of fries.
Sourdough pretzel: pretzel itself was good however the “beer cheese” it came with looked and tasted exactly like jarred Tostitos queso which is to say it was bad and definitely not beer cheese.
Brisket tacos: decent flavor but the tortilla was overheated to the point of being tough/dry
Smoked wings: spicy bbq sauce initially was good but after eating 3 wings it started to come across way too salty
Unfortunately the best item was the fries.
Ate here pre-game on a Friday on the patio and there was live music being played at the pavilion below the Omni hotel a few hundred feet away. Would have been a nice atmosphere if it weren’t for the obscene volume the live music was being played at. Couldn’t even hear a conversation with anyone at our table of 4. Mentioned the noise to our server who agreed it was too loud and said it’s...
