Yesterday I placed an order through this restaurants online application, Slice. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and a side salad. During the checkout I checked the box for “Curbside Pick-Up.” I received a confirmation email that my order was in process and to call the restaurant when I got there, so they would bring it out. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I called to let them know I had arrived outside and that I had a curbside order. The (rude) woman on the other end of the phone said “What? We don’t do that. You need to come in.” I said— “Well did you get my order because the curbside option is on your website as an option.” She replied “Yes, we got the order, we just put it in the oven.” I asked how long it would be, 15-20 mins. In the end, I walked inside to get the pizza. The moral of this incident is that — I was having an absolutely terrible day, which prompted me to place the -curbside- order in the first place, but these lazy, rude beings that run this place couldn’t be bothered to walk 10 yards out the door to bring my overpriced pizza and salad out to me (that was already paid for). I won’t be back and I hope you figure out how to manage YOUR website.

We called for a meat pizza/meat lovers and they gave us a supreme. We will admit we forgot our number and the employee even admitted it was a meat pizza. We picked up and got home and noticed it was wrong and called them back . the employee hung up on us twice and said we ordered wrong (meat pizza special, so we got a everything meat pizza) and received a supreme despite ordering a meat pizza. We love them so much but her attitude , plus her hanging up on us not once, but twice and how rude she was was terrible service. She even had a stupidity moment despite asking how can we on our side make sure we order correctly or verify the right pizza next time ,so we get the right pizza and she said order a meat pizza and hung up. There was no remorse. And considering we want a meat pizza and not supreme due to some of our family having a nightshade allergy this is dangerous for us to have . Will note employee never showed us the pizza, figured we were fine bc they are typically great but not this time. Her attitude is atrocious and considering they didn’t really have cars in the lot is saying a lot about their service lately.

First off, I will say they make some delicious pizza. However recently I had an experience that was not great. I had ordered 3 pizzas for my birthday party with family. I used the online ordering through Slice. I went to pick up the pizzas and went home. When I opened the white pizza I had ordered, it had the incorrect toppings on it (spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms). Was supposed to be onions, mushrooms, and ricotta. This was a $25 pizza. I called the store to ask if there was a possibility of getting a refund and they said I’d have to contact Slice. Slice stated that it was the store who issued refunds and even though the store acknowledged there was an error, they restaurant couldn’t refund my order unless I drove all the way back to the store and returned the pizza (20 min away). I had never even heard of a restaurant requesting the food be returned. I love their pizza but I don’t want to play Russian roulette with whether or not my order is correct.

The management of this place really has got some nerve after the amount of arrogance and lack of morale they displayed last night in the way they handled a situation that could have easily been resolved in 2 minutes by a quick refund of under $20 and a manager that is a big enough person to say “I made a mistake and I was wrong” instead of just showing a total disregard for their clients and by forcing the client to pay for a mistake that was made by the actual MANAGER of the business and not even by the client. After last nights experience, I no longer support this small business nor would recommend anyone eat in such a greedy establishment. Once greed takes over small businesses like this, it’s only a matter of time before unethical practices and the hunger for money at all costs just runs the business into the ground. It’s definitely sad but what is even more sad is being overcharged and given excess food you didn’t even ask for… then when you realize the employee just misunderstood and give them an opportunity to fix it, they just tell you in other words to just get over it and too bad if you don’t like the outcome…

To anyone who may be going here to dine in the future and who orders a calzone, make sure you don’t mention “green peppers” in any way because you’ll end up getting a “calzone for two” instead of a regular calzone like you thought you were ordering any way…. instead my husband and I and our 2 year old were FORCED to pay for 2 “calzone for twos” when we actually were ordering an individual calzone for ourselves…. The manager assumed that simple because we told her “NO green pepper” when ordering our toppings for our calzones that it somehow meant we each wanted a GIANT “calzone for two” to eat by ourselves without asking us to clarify, she changed our 2 regular calzones to 2 “calzone for two” orders instead and when we realized our order went from around $30 MAX to almost $60 instead and asked for a refund for one of the big calzones, we were told no and not even told sorry for the miscommunication and not shown any kind of responsibility taken by the manager. Instead, we asked her to “please” refund for one of them since it’s not even what we ordered nor was it even logical that 2 people & a baby would be ordering enough food for at least 5 or 6 people to be fed with. Ridiculous customer service and lack of professionalism…. And honestly the food wasn’t even that good. It was super greasy and after just a few bites it made my stomach hurt… we ended up having no choice but to take home a whole calzone for two that we didn’t even want and we won’t even be eating it and it will just end up in the trash. Such a waste of food and money but instead of being a total loss, at least we see the true colors of this establishment and how they treat their customers just for a few bucks. Very disappointed and still baffled at how anyone in their right mind would think this behavior is okay much less, NORMAL behavior for a a business manager.

Really hope that this isn’t a normal business practice for this particular individual and that the level of confidence she showed while being completely irrational was just coincidental and not something she is just so used to doing that she’s just that comfortable doing it…. Right is right and wrong is wrong at the end of the day and this “manager” knows she was...

Okay, so I've been eating here for years. I have noticed changes over the past 2 years probably. It's always been a little chaotic in the restaurant; a little hustle is not a bad thing. However, the changes I've noticed have not been positive ones. I have held off writing a review for quite some time but after tonight's experience..... nope, I'm done. So I prefer to order for carry out. The last several times my order has been incorrect. I've always ordered the same thing; calzone with pineapple and pepperoni..... that's it. Last time I checked... calzones should not include sauce inside- only for dipping. (This is crucial for me due to allergies which they have been alerted to). So that has happened. Then there's the lack of ingredients, as in only cheese and a few pepperoni and no pineapple.... a common mistake they have made. Then there's the inconsistency of the size of the calzone..... super small now especially for the price. The length of time for pick up is ridiculous. It's not the time to prepare it.... that's fine. It's the absurdly chaotic mess of the lines that take additional 20-30 minutes to pay and pick up your order you placed when you get there. Not to mention..... watching the cooks preparing everything barehanded, AND what was more alarming were the two young children of an employee (I'm talking elementary school aged) being asked to work by the employees! I'm taking my business elsewhere because I do not support this mess of a business anymore or their work ethic. ...

I hate to give a bad review but after tonight’s experience it’s warranted. First off my family has come here often because we have heard such great things. Our meal was $80. Before ordering we were even talking about how it might be good place to book a party as we noticed their group party options. Upon ordering we got 2 calzones and chicken tenders. It was an extra $1 when we asked for ranch. I didn’t care Honestly until after noticing that my calzone was made wrong and I kindly asked if they could correct the issue. The lady tells me no, that I specifically said I didn’t want ricotta cheese on either of our cow zones and it’s what she wrote down. I didn’t wish to argue about it as I simply asked if I could just be refunded for the calzone, and she said she’d give me half of a refund. I declined the refund and left my calzone in the counter. I had A full calzone left. She then proceeds to talk about me behind the counter complaining about how she apparently gave us a deal. She proceeded to tells me that my SO said no Ricotta too… but he didn’t and his cow zone was made right with the ricotta on it. Food was not quality for the price. I won’t be back because of the bad customer service. My cow zone had green peppers, onions and spinach. The spinach was cooked but the onions and peppers where raw. I also asked for fresh garlic and there was no garlic. The pizza dough was dry and like cardboard. Very disappointing. Doesn’t taste like fresh handmade pizza dough and ricotta is what makes a...
