Ok so I came here many years ago it wasn’t bad the lady took me upstairs laid me on a massage table tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes cleaned me up real good and out I went. I taught myself how to tint my own eyebrows and eyelashes, but today I was being lazy. So I made an appointment for 121 thinking I would have the same experience maybe been better maybe she will do a better job than me and I won’t have to do them anymore. I walked in and it wasn’t the same girl from years ago which makes sense people change all the time. The girl took me to the shampoo bowl leaned back my head. She asked me if I was getting waxed with tint at-least that’s what they kept assuming I was doing I said no I just want my eyebrows tinted and my eyelashes. The girl said I don’t have time for that today my eyelashes, and I thought in my head but you had time to wax my eyebrows? But oh well let’s continue. I began to explain that near the bridge of my nose the hair is at different levels and In order to give me the perfect arch for my face I need this dye to attach to the skin and the tip of my eyebrows on top where the arch is since I don’t grow hair in those areas however the rest of the brow needed to be on the hair. She began to apply the tint. After she was done she ran off in hurry to deal with another customer. I knew from doing it myself that the tint will get darker and it will spread, and in order to properly shape the brows you have to be on top of it with a Q-tip. Taking away areas that tint doesn’t need to be and keeping it where it needs to be. I wished she would have known I feel like unfortunately she either didn’t know what she was doing or was entirely too busy to be doing my eyebrows. I had dye where it shouldn’t be and none where it should be and in a box shape and very squiggly. I was so shocked when I seen them I couldn’t speak lol I wanted to laugh I paid the girl and left and desired I won’t be back I’ll just keep doing them myself. I had the worst time here. I was so disappointed. My hair was supposed to be highlighted blonde for my sisters wedding. Well when she was done it looked the same but with a nasty green tent. Not even close to what I asked for. I'll post pics of before and after if I can. When I asked for the manager I was told she doesn't come in often. My sister was so upset because I wasn't in her wedding pictures. I wasn't taking pics with green hair or taking a chance to fix before wedding would of fried my hair. And what makes me really mad is she didn't even offer to fix it for free. She said I could come back and pay to have it fixed. I lost it and I'm not the confrontational type at all.
