While shopping in store at Lynnhaven Mall, my daughter was in the fitting room trying on dresses. Nobody had assisted us apart from unlocking the fitting room. Nobody advised there was a limit for dresses, however she didn’t really take many in at a time. I was bringing her two more dresses to try on and as I was handing them to her an employee I assume was the manager on duty swoops in like she couldn’t wait to find us doing something wrong and didn’t even ask how we were doing or preface her accusatory statement with at least asking if she could help with anything…instead she kind of steps into my daughters fitting room blocking me from handing her the dresses and says “how many items does she have because she can only have 6 at a time and will need to hand some out…” my daughter had four dresses in there and as I said earlier, I was handing her two more which equals 6. I was so shocked at the way she approached us, as a former store manager I would never start in on someone in that way without first asking how they were or offering assistance so it very much made my daughter and I feel uncomfortable at that store to say the least…I understand it is your job to ensure that there aren’t too many items in the fitting room, but it’s also your job to provide customers with an enjoyable experience while shopping in the store and a simple hi, how are you, do you need any help and a change in the tone of her voice while speaking to us and her demeanor would have changed the situation entirely. Also the fact there was another family in the fitting room that she said nothing to and didn’t approach or ask about the number of items they had was noticeable. I wanted to address her and let her know at the time how she made me feel and how she could have handled it better but my daughter who was already embarrassed and ready to leave asked me to leave it. I hope that store employee receives some more training on how to verify the number of items without coming off like she thinks your untrustworthy or unwelcome or likely to try to steal with no justification or provocation from...
Read moreI went shopping here with a friend for her graduation on Wednesday May 7th, 2025 and the time was around 5:30-6:00 PM. And our experience with the so called manager Christine was absoulety horrible. When we walked in, the only other employee there that night was very nice and helped us with both dress recommendations and the dressing room. She also was dealing with every other customer that walked into the building. But once we proceeded to check out we were met with the manager christine. She started off with RUDLY stating “Check out is over there!” and points hard to the other register she was not standing at mind you. She proceeds to not even ask if we found everything correctly or even if we were doing alright. Then proceeds to fold up the dresses and say one is “non refundable” after ringing it up and taking the tag off. She didn’t even have the common curtsy to put her prom dress in a dress bag, she just put both dresses purchased into one bag barely folded up. I normally have a great experience in this windsor, normally from Dana and DC but Christine was absoulety the worst manager and employee i have...
Read moreI found the dress of my dreams for my birthday and it was the only one in the store. When I went to purchase it, the sensor wouldn’t come off. Val and Dascha tried absolutely everything they could for at least 30 minutes to try to remove it. They were just as determined as I was, so they gave me a discount to let me take it home to try and remove it. They even offered to let me bring and back for a refund and if I couldn’t get it off. I was able to remove it with very little damage to the dress! Thanks to these girls my birthday will be everything I imagined. Seriously a huge shoutout to Val and Dascha, if it wasn’t for their persistence I wouldn’t have even had the courage to try! I would give 10 stars if I could ❤️❤️❤️❤️ They 100% deserve a raise for...
