Brought the children to skat decided to get a smoothie that clearly said on the menu fruit selections. When I asked what's inside the cashier's check out the door is open and I will be there in a few minutes to get a chance to get a chance to get a chance to q said frozen fruit and Ice. So I ordered the smoothy and when I tried it I could take milk. I consume a dairy free diet. Just unbelievable, so I ask for a refund and I was told i could not get a refund because the manager/owner wasn't there and I would have to wait until tomorrow. That was also unbelievable. So then I order a slushy for my daughter that taste watered down. They are not worth the money or the time you wait while they make the drink....
Read moreI just went to Jelly Ball and ordered a triple berry smoothie with Whey, it was SO sweet, I went back and asked if they added sugar or sweetener, she said yes they do add sugar and showed me how much! It’s a pretty big serving (especially when you’re trying to consume a healthy beverage)! I told her I couldn’t drink t, it’s too much, there was no attempt to offer a refund or to make a sugar free version. That’s poor customer service, my loss, I suppose! But I surely won’t be going back, even for a sugar free option.. had they offered to replace the drink, or given a refund, sure.. but I’ll definitely be one less...
