I’ve been purchasing stuff from Don Roberto‘s for 22 years and it’s always nice to get something in return or appreciation but come on don Robert. I got super disappointed yesterday but I got a call that I received a gift went in and I was so happy of course it’s a jewelry store you spend thousands. I just spent like 2500 on the ring and paid it off in three months And you expect since it’s a jewelry store if they’re gonna give you a gift at least something decent I mean, it doesn’t cost much. I got some earrings and I’m very highly allergenic to fake jewelry. They put it in a very nice box and I was so happy because I thought it was white gold I mean they’re 100 and something earrings. That I purchased a month ago a so I thought I received a good quality for being a good customer there it was Sterling very beautiful tho but something you get a Claire truely Nice gesture, but what a disappointment And also felt very pushy to purchase something before they give you the gift and you see what you’re getting. Unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for something other than what you were told you were getting then DO NOT!!! buy from them. We were told we were getting white gold come to find out it is regular gold with a white overlay. Then one of the ladies told me I needed to have it redipped after only 8 months. For what so they can charge us more money that the rings aren't worth. All in all after all the extra fees on top of fees we wound up paying almost $3000 if not more for crap when they were only suppose to be $2000. I purchased an engagement ring a few weeks ago, and I asked them not to run my credit because I am in process of getting a loan for a house so they said OK we do store credit so I agreed and I kept reminding and asking them not to put it on my credit.
