Starbucks — Restaurant in Visalia

I would give this Starbucks a one star rating because of the shift supervisor named Ashley with the rainbow hair but all the other employees there have always been so sweet so it'll be a two. I had went 5 minutes before closing because I work at the mall and had my 15 at that time and the employee with the rainbow hair had told us that the people in front of us would be the last costumers. I had checked my phone after she said that which was 5 mins til closing so I was upset and was about to leave then asked the barista if there was cold brew left and he gladly said he would make my drink. We had gotten back into line and when we did the so called shift supervisor Ashley told us that she wasn't accepting anymore costumers then we had told her it's not closing time and also the guy said he'd make our drinks she then said she's shift supervisor so she has the say basically. She then said she refuses to give us service and that we were rude and I had stayed in line anyways because they weren't supposed to be closed yet. As I waited in line she decided to call the store I work at and complain about me. It's ridiculous that she had the time to call my store but not make me my drink. This Starbucks location needs a new shift supervisor because Ashley is extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely...

Went yesterday they made us pay for a water ok… then didn’t give us the water and I noticed they were making people drinks first who came after me so I asked about it then said they don’t give venti water and then gave attitude and continued making more peoples drinks that came wayyy after me.. until helping about 6-8 peoples who came after me with drinks, they also gave someone else two free waters right before me then once there were no customers decided to ask me “anything else”? Like… my water???? I’m pregnant and this was so disrespectful and felt embarrassing not only was I really angry I wanted to cry because no Starbucks ever treated me this unkindly. They than just gave me a grande water that took like under a min to make… why did they do...

I always go into this Starbucks because I currently work in the mall. We normally get waters and we get charged (which is not a problem for me) the blonde girl Michelle I believe her name is always has an attitude with me and rolls her eyes every time we order waters. I always make sure i pay and I never try to be mean. Today I went in for some waters and the blonde lady accidentally charged me $249 onto my card. Fortunately the red haired woman who is always super nice to customers handled the situation with such excellence. She apologized many times and the Michelle on cashier didn’t apologize or bat an eye at me. Everyone is always nice except for her. I hope Starbucks...
