Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Visalia

We were there this weekend and we had to repeat our order several times to the employee, we figured he was new or just loud inside the mall.. long story short they didn’t give us a drink after we asked for convos. I asked the girl if i could have my drink and she rudely replied i hadn’t purchased one.. i start looking at receipt then all of a sudden this “manager” asks what’s the problem more rude than the other one.. we tell her and she starts getting crazy and ghetto . The kid who took the order even told her that yes we got the convos and he forgot to charge drinks . This was after she was getting loud and almost cussing.. she then instead of giving us a drink just wanted to refund us after waiting forever for our food.. food was good bit the service is horrible i think if i would have argued that manager would have jumped over the counter she was so ghetto and...

Received the worst customer service ever when I came here with my family. We walked up next in line and a worker they said was named Paula had a pissed off attitude look on her face and just stared at me. I said hello and she just looked at me dead in the face not saying one word.. It was unbelievable. I said, I said hello. And she snapped back that she said hi supposedly and just turned and walked away to get the manager to take my order. Who was apologetic. But this is a Shame these workers are getting paid 20 bucks an hour now and giving terrible service like that . She should seriously be let go of that job. My wife and I went shopping at the mall in Visalia and were starving so we stopped in the food court to eat. We were a bit early but a young man by the name of Andrew at Charlie’s Cheese Steak was more than happy to open up a few minutes early to prepare our food. Not only was he polite and professional but he gave great service and went out of his way to accommodate us and prepare our food!!!!
