Jack's Stereo Inc — Local services in Waco

I bought an amp. and subspeakers and had my cuz intsall them,and a week from the time he install it my amp, it started to clip. I took it to jack's stereo in waco they told me that the speaker wiring was wrong somewhere, and I said how was that possible. They said that they had to follow the speaker wires to find the problem.(at the time I didnt now that amps had low and high level inputs). But they said they could fix it for $60. So I told them to fix the problem 30min later they said that they found the problem but they said that I need to buy some adaptors or eles it wasnt going to be fixed. so I bought $24 value of adaptors. After 3 hours later they were done. when I left my radio signal was gone bass speakers were turn all the way up, and didnt like that. I took it back and they said they were NOT responsible for the lost of radio signal I left very un happy. I took it to best buy in town and spoked to Carlos and told him my problem with the amp(and now my radio signal too). He took the radio off to see radio signal problem. and found it quick. the antenna adapter end was cut off plus a couple of wires were cut off. Carlos fix it a whole lot better then jack's stereo and the wire harnness looked much neater and my amp are working like I wanted it too. Customer service at best buy was much better, you can really feel that they reallly now what they are doing, and at jack's stereo uh...

I usually don't leave reviews and especially refrain from leaving negative reviews as I am a business owner myself. I can honestly say though, that this has got to be the worst service I have received in a long time and eat at crappy "casual cafes" all the time. I have had not a few but 5 freaking mistakes with my car radio system install. The microphone for my Bluetooth was dangling the very first time and need to be taped into place after leaving my car for 5 hours, my backup camera and brand new DVD system didn't work the next time bc apparently they didn't have the cord for it, then when they fixed those things they unhooked the antenna so my radio didn't work and now after all of the other mistakes my steering wheel buttons are now not working. "Sorry they must've accidentally unhooked them when bthey were reconnecting the antenna. They weren't rude but they certainly weren't overly friendly considering all of the mistakes. Just want to say how disappointed i am i always come here and just flat out disappointed came here they installed everything had to come back up they’re because the speaker we’re making a noise mind you i live an hour and 40 minutes out so came back up here they they fixed the speaker Mind you I had to come back up here again drive another an hour and 40 minutes because the amp started smoking mind they said everything was good now and again i had to come back up here and because the speakers went out and really wish i could just get my money back but no they rather give store credit why would i want another install if they can’t just get me right so i came up here they said they didn’t have the speaker in stock so they called me i left work to come get it fixed now they said they’re booked up on Saturday but it’s just bs because they rather do other work then fix something they installed I brought 2 vehicles up here in the past but theses last two times Ive been...
