KFC — Restaurant in Waco

First off,my compliments to the chef who cooked on 03/10/2023! The chicken was hot,juicy,fell right off the bone plus the skin was crispy & super tasty! 10/10! The staff was absolutely pleasant! Laughing,smiles on thier faces,cutting up with eachother etc,the energy felt great & got me excited for my order. I was offered a drink as I waited for my order (I arrived before suggested pick up time by 5 minutes.) which was very thoughtful. The inside of the restaurant as well as the kitchen was ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS & the cleanest that I have seen in any fast food restaurant EVER! Our meal was fresh & hot when we got home! We we're happy to have a nice family meal together that tasted so good! I will absolutely be returning to this KFC to enjoy this experience again & again. I've tried to get food from this place 5 times now over the past year. First two times I was told they were out of chicken. I marked it up to the pandemic supply chain issues. Third time their computers weren't working. Fourth time they have chicken, but only drumsticks. Today was the fifth and final time. I pull into the drive through for lunch around 11:20 and ask if they have chicken. Yes they do! Great, I'll take some tenders. One slight problem, they haven't started the fryers so if I want to wait it'll just be an hour.... I was being asked to wait an hour in drive through because they couldn't cook anything.

If I could give them NO STARS, I would! Not only did they take forever, but I was charged TWICE and was told my money would be back on my card. This was A MONTH AGO! After speaking to, and getting HUNG UP ON by the two "managers" after they told me they didn't know how to refund my money, have reached out to corporate 2 times, I was told my issue would be resolved by upper management when they contact me... except somebody CLOSED my case without fwd it to someone above them. I AM BEYOND IRRITATED AND ANNOYED! This should have been a simple fix. Employees AND 'management' are incompetent!! LOOKS LIKE I'LL NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK! Employees were RUDE, as always. It's no wonder they're hiring for nearly every position at this store! TRAIN YOUR PPL!!!
