I recently visited "Off the cob Popcorn" based on a recommendation from someone at the library. Despite arriving just five minutes before closing, the staff was surprisingly friendly and accommodating. I inquired about their recommendations for a first-timer, and while being suggested plain butter was a bit unexpected given their wide variety of flavors, we decided to explore further.
We opted for the cotton candy, jalapeƱo, and cheesecake flavors. The cotton candy was a hit with the kids, delivering a delightful and nostalgic taste. On the other hand, the jalapeƱo was a miss for us as it didn't live up to our expectations of spiciness. The cheesecake flavor, however, was pleasingly sweet and enjoyable.
Although the initial recommendation seemed somewhat underwhelming, the overall experience was positive, and we're curious to explore more of their unique flavors in the future. "Off the cob Popcorn" appears to be a decent spot to treat the family after a library session, and we look forward to returning to try other flavors that might truly stand out.

We called up to the store they said just bring it back today or Monday. I came in today. I explained to The owner older gentleman and told him what was wrong and told him what the young lady told me. He gave me a hard time. He kept saying they canāt take it back. I told him I just want to exchange it for the right flavor popcorn. I was given the wrong flavor he tried it and said it was fine. We went back and forth. I just finally said how much will it cost me to just replace that flavor for the right one. I pulled out my wallet. He said we will Replace it for you and said no charge. A older lady brung back my can once they had it full with the right popcorn. I just wanted the right popcorn. We have three cans two big ones and one little one. Never had this kind of customer service from this...

I purchased a butter popcorn recently that was so salty I couldnāt eat it. I called to complain and was told by Kennedy (the mgr) that itās their policy that you try a sample of the popcorn before you buy it, so in other words, it was my fault that the popcorn was over salted because I didnāt try it first. Iāve had the buttered popcorn many times so I didnāt have to try it, it has never been that salty. Rather than reimburse me or give me a better batch, the manager would rather loose a customer by doing nothing or sticking to their policy. That is terrible customer service, just awful. Off the Cob Popcorn, please hire better people, ones who will own up to their mistakes and remedy...
