Mueller Family Theater — Local services in Waconia

I have been to this theater a number of times in my 8 years of living in Waconia, I had never experienced any racial issues until tonight. My 13 year old son and his friends were threated by the manager to have the cops called on them for no reason. Supposedly because a couple came out the theater and said that my son and his friends was kicking the seats, but come to find out it was not my son and his friends but some other kids but my son and his friends was told that if they did not leave that he would call the police. Say something like that to three 13 year old boys of course they are going to get scared and call there parents to come and get them. When I got to the theater and asked for the manager, he came and out and was so rude and disrespectful. I can't believe that he was going to call the police on three 13 year old boys instead of giving them a warning to stop if they was the ones kicking the seats but they were not and the kids that was making the noise got to stay and watch the movie. I will never go back to this movie theater again. You have for sure lost some customers. It's sad to know that Waconia Theater is racially profiling...

We had a great time here. The seating is pretty comfortable and you can actually see the screen when someone sits in front of you because if the way they have it set up. Worst experience ever. Show times online were different than what was actually at the theater and they sold my family tickets to a movie that was half over without mentioning a word.
