I love Kirklands stores but not this one. Got on the phone with a super rude lady. I placed my order online and then when I called to ask if it were ready for pick up & was informed that they didn’t have it and had meant to send an email but never did. I then told her if she could please double check because I was coming from 2 hours away and I already had gotten a confirmation email telling me my order was confirmed , order number and what store to pick up at. I usually completely enjoy my experience with this store. I had a defective product that I was trying to return, and I got completely rude Carol who acted like I was trying to rip off the whole company. I will be moving on to corporate to make them aware of the issue that Carol seemed to believe I had caused. So disappointed that people think it's acceptable today to treat customers like this.
