I used to love Nips but recently I’ve had a change of heart. First of it need to be more than one staff opening up. Some Sundays i would order a Pitaya Bowl online. I’ve noticed on a few Sunday’s it will be the same girl that has that bull piercing in her nose that continued to mess up orders so i stopped ordering online on Sundays. About a month ago i ordered the Pitaya online i get there my bowl was a whitish color. She said they have no more Pitaya, okay cool let that be known before even making the bowl so i have the option to pick something else. You just don’t make me what you want me to have. Another time with the same girl my bowl has been watery and the frozen fruits were still at the bottom of the bowl. She along with others need more training. She gives off an attitude and never speaks! Recently i ordered their chicken wrap. I told the lady i don’t want spinach and asked do they have lettuce? She said yes. I said all i want is lettuce, the chicken and ranch dressing. Well i get to my destination and BOOM the wrap had spinach and dripping ranch dressing. The wrap was wet all over! The same girl who made the wrap also made a 6 wellness shots that includes lemon, apple and Cheyanne pepper. After making them, the shots were red. I asked what were in them. She claimed they have new red apples that’s why the shots turned red. I opened one and it smelled like beets. You have to be a real crazy person to tell me they have new red apples and they were beets. I returned the shots and got my money back. I feel as tho this place can be awesome if they all can be trained again on customer service, how to use the blender, especially on how to identify their fruits and veggies, more than one person...
Read moreIt was 4:30PM and I was starving. Didn't eat anything all day so, during my 1hr & 30 min ride to an event i saw this listing on Google. All I can say is *Never again *. The placed looked closed initially. When I walked in the food menu was limited (no salads available). I then opted for a wrap (only two to choose from). I selected chicken. I was then immediately told they were out of tomatoes.
Regardless, I ordered one with a green smoothie. I didn't enjoy neither. I tried to eat as much as I can because I started feeling myself getting sick. But the last bite I took was so disgusting, I had to spit it out. The chicken tasted microwaved and unseasoned.
Update: I saw someone responded to my review, but I can’t find it to reply. To comment on the request for water in my smoothie. I requested half orange juice and half water because I’m pre-diabetic. I was hoping you had coconut water, but you didn’t. Also, the orange juice is what made the smoothie taste weird not the water. Not sure the brand of orange juice used, but it wasn’t pleasant. I’m typically a cold pressed juice drinker however, you only offered premade bottles. Typically when I purchase a smoothie the taste is pleasant. I even had my partner taste it and they too wasn’t happy with both...
Read moreI hate to leave a negative review regarding this establishment and really tried to spare them another distasteful explanation as to why I’m done as well! Everytime I go they’re always out of something Orange juice, Coconut Milk, fruit, Honey etc….. a mean this is ridiculous ! I am a gym goer and look forward to coming here, they constantly ask for me to put an order through the kiosk but I won’t receive a gym discount doing it via machine so it defeats the purpose of asking when you see I’m in gym clothing! If inventory is out, at the very least there is a grocery store next door. I mean I saw a worker unloading milk around 12:30pm on a Saturday while customers are in line (absurd) Also the line is always stretched toward the door because there’s one person making 5 bowls for one person and no additional help. It’s a complete turn off! I end up leaving and going somewhere else (Smoothie King). This place has no order, I’ve met the manager before and seems to me he should do a RESET on this company because it could be great if things were more streamlined and efficient.
