On their checkout page I chose Overnight shipping and paid $35 anticipating that I would receive the order on Saturday since it was after their noon cutoff time. It is now 11:13 a.m. Monday and still no package . I called their customer support and was told there is no delivery on Saturday. When I asked why that was not specified at the time of placing the order, I was told it is on their shipping page . In other words , you have to do a search on their website for âshippingâ in order to find out that they do not deliver on Saturday even though they accept an overnight shipping fee on their order page without the disclaimer that you will not receive the package for 3 days. The women I spoke to, including a supervisor, were totally rude and just kept reading from their âshipping pageâ which you have to search for. When I said I would return the $400+ purchase, the supervisor said thatâs fine since they would not refund the $35 overnight shipping charge. Will never do business with these people again.
