I’m deeply disappointed by how this business handled an employee’s serious health situation. Rather than showing support or basic human compassion, their actions came across as cold and dismissive, and they intentionally misrepresented the facts. It’s troubling to see a company attempt to villainize a young employee, especially during such a vulnerable time. It is also quite suspicious that this business generated more than 50 positive reviews in just over 72 hours when it had only been open for business for approximately 10 days. Makes you question the integrity of ownership. If this is how they treat their employees, then there may be concern about how they value their customers as well. Is it a matter of ethics? Creative Cup Coffee is not only a great addition to the area but to my family’s outings! My husband and I love randomly stopping in for a treat! We look forward to it! I love that the atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. I can see myself stopping in for a piece of mind.
