Went into fax a 15-page document. I expected them to do it for me but it was self-service. So I entered in all the information and machine listed $5 as the cost for all the different credit cards, and I thought "that's fine" . (With hindsight perhaps what they meant was $5 is the minimum per fax. But I'm sure it didn't say that!) The document got scanned in and the screen informed me that the total was going to be $36 (plus change)! I couldn't believe it! It's not worth $36 to fax the document. The screen on the machine should have listed the cost per page before I even started the process. I had already entered the fax number I was faxing to, so it knew it was within the United States. Very off-putting. So I aborted the fax attempt and...
Read moreWill never go to this Staples again. My thousands of dollars spent on printing a year will go to Ahern Printing in Sea Girt.
Staples in Wall needs an overhaul of just about all the store employees. Awful, clueless and rude management (young girl with black hair) and lazy employees that just congregate at checkout and offer no assistance at all, and talk back to boot. It's basically a store run by know-nothing millennials that have ZERO idea of what customer service is.
The Print and Copy center, on the other hand, is great! The employees in that section of the store are always helpful and friendly. However, recently, the Print and Copy center has been opening at 10am/11am, yet it's advertised online as being open @ 8am. Very...
Read moreâ ââââ Paid $91 to fax 12 pages while employees ignored me to gossip â highway robbery with a side of workplace drama.
Absolutely terrible service. Employees were too busy bickering and bragging about how they took pictures of the stock room to get another coworker in trouble instead of helping customers. I was charged an outrageous $91 to fax 12 items â for that price, I could have bought my own fax machine and mailed them first-class. Completely unprofessional environment, zero respect for customers, and no sense of urgency. Keep this up and youâll be out of business in no time. I would promote marketing girl red shirt by fax machines to a customer.
âWorst business in town â overpriced, unprofessional, and run like a soap...
