I must inform you of the wonderful experience that my daughter and I had in choosing wedding invitations. My daughter's wedding was on and off for several months and then we finally received notice that it was going forward. I am sure you can just imagine the panic I felt when I realized invitations were going to be late.

Cathy was very patient and explained every detail thoroughly. At times, I would ask the same question and she would calmly explain again until I understood. I was always able to reach her via phone or email with any concerns and she always responded quickly and was always helpful.

Then came the printing of the envelopes. Time was of the essence. MaryLou came through for us. She was able to have them printed, called me the same day, andI picked them up and started to stuff the envelopes and we mailed them out within a day.

Papery is extremely fortunate to have Cathy and MaryLou as their employees. They are dedicated and passionate about their jobs and I am sure they have helped other customers as they did me and...

The employees were abrasive and rude to every customer. Very concerned with closing at 6pm on the dot. Vacuuming around us. Not helpful just reminding us we needed to be gone by 6. This place is a joke. Brought in a baby shower gift to be wrapped professionally. They essentially said they were having a hard time coming up with a way to wrap it. Granted this is larger box but nothing out of the ordinary, standard size and not heavy at all. A gift wrapping store that doesn’t know how to wrap gifts. What a...
