Sportsman's Warehouse — Local services in Walla Walla

Went to ask questions about getting some repairs done and right off we checked in with two employees right at the front. They told us we were good to go to back to talk to Daniel at the gun counter. But as soon as we got back there he attacked us verbally. We came in and everything happy. I was actually looking into spending a sizable amount of money on things. He asked if we checked in up front and we said yes that the first two employees at the front were the first people we talked too. We showed them what we had and that it wasn't loaded, but Daniel refused to listen and actually was hostiles towards us. We had our two boys with us too when this happened. But he kept going on a tear about checking in. Which we had talked to two emplyees right up front. I actually back away from the counter and stayed calm and so did my husband, but he actually acted like animal on an attack. The when we we're done be treated badly. He ran off to the backroom sacred out of his mind.

Well we're definitely not doing anymore business there. I actually was looking into doing some pretty good amount of purchasing. But now we will be taking our business somewhere else for anything weapons or...

Changing my review. I previously talked real bad on this store. I would like to mend that. Dont know if they got a new manager or if someone actually read and cared about my last review but this place has done well to have obtained substantially more fly tying materials (especially if you like UV anything) and a better selection (although dry fly hackle is still apparently foriegn to them) since my last trip there. I mean a whole bunch better. Special shout out to Laramie! That dude is great! Fishin tips, rigging tips and the dude is just real good for info. I caught every time I took his advice. This place may very well be franchised or corporate but they treat you like Fam and it feels like a Townie outfitter local fly shop. I'm awful glad for this place. Without it, the only other option is Walmart....which really...

My first time experience in a hunting shop where you can get your fishing and hunting permits as well as fishing, hiking, camping gear... did I mention guns, rifles, bows, cross bows. That's but a few things I can mention. I use to just see shops like this in the movies. We just got fishing permits and gear and as a South African I was just happy to visit the shop as in my country you can only get the guns, rifles and bows on a normal gun shop. Would definitely visit sportsman's warehouse again! In South Africa 🇿🇦 we also have a sportsman's warehouse but our shop only sell sports gear, bikes and sport clothes and hiking gear, nothing like the sportsman's...
