But without me asking, the owner offered me a price so generous it caught me off guard—in a good way. We’re talking nearly half off.

He didn’t stop there. They delivered the chair the same day and took away my old one—no hassle, no hidden fees, just real service. It felt more like a blessing than a business transaction.

I stopped in one afternoon after hearing from a friend that they found the store to have a good selection of couches. I had been searching for furniture for a couple month and could not make up my mind on anything. I went here and loved the selection. Customer service was fantastic. I was indecisive about one piece of furniture in particular and the owner drove it to my house, set it up, just so I could see it in the space! I came in for a couch, and ended up with a couch, three comfy living room chairs, counter chairs and a gorgeous dining table and buffet. All the items fit my style and I love them. The owner went above and beyond with showing me options and was very tuned into my style and so each item he showed me was one I really liked. My home is beautiful with the new furnishings and I look forward to future...

What an awesome experience! My Dad needed a new lift chair so we headed to Wall 2 Wall. Brian went out of his way to move furniture around so Dad could get to the lift chairs in his wheelchair. He then rearranged the lift chairs based on the chairs Dad wanted to get in and try out. He decided on a chair and made the purchase with delivery. As I was explaining how to make the delivery on Monday, I commented that I wish it could be done before I had to head back to California. Trevor (Brian’s son) heard me and volunteered to make an exception for us and deliver it that night after they closed!
