Idaho Silver Shop — Local services in Wallace

My family and I are locals. We love all of the jewelry and merchandise at the Idaho Silver Shop, and we all have been shopping here for years; however, the rude demeanor of the owner, Rayma, can take away from the experience of shopping for someone special.

We recently visited this last weekend, and we couldn't believe how Rayma outwardly belittled and berated the other, wonderful associate multiple times who was helping me and another customer while three other customers were in the shop. The other associate maintained such professionalism against Rayma's comments toward her. I also saw Rayma argue with customers about miscellaneous topics, with this last time as customers were leaving after a purchase. I tried to say something to Rayma about her comments, but it did nothing.

I still encourage everyone to visit the shop because it truly is a great shop with beautiful merchandise. I just hope there is a change in the owner's demeanor for the associates' and...

Was in this cute little shop this summer during vacation. Purchased an item that I just loved at the time. I called the owner last week and described some gifts I wanted to get for family for Christmas. Rayma took pictures with her phone, texted me the pictures and prices as she had time throughout the day. She put a lot of time into helping me even though she didn't know if I would buy or not.

Turns out I purchased 4 gifts from her that arrived in the mail today. Everything is just as beautiful as the pictures and arrived quickly. Love, Love this shop and Rayma.

Although we didn’t purchase anything from here today, I had to praise the lady that I spoke to, that showed me some of her cases of jewelry. I appreciated her knowledge on the pieces that were created from the ash from a volcano, causing it to create the colored jewels/center stones. Just information I will forever remember and take away from today. You had beautiful pieces and enjoyed walking through your store.
