I cannot speak highly enough about Fernando's technical expertise and the exceptional service I received. From the moment I stepped into the shop, I was impressed by his reasonable prices and the comfortable, no-pressure atmosphere he cultivates.

Long overdue review, was recommended to Bay Radio and Alarm. There are closer options that are well reviewed and priced fairly within the Peninsula, but it was my initial contact with Fernando that convinced me to traverse the Bay to install select sound components.

He asked and listened; didn’t sell me, he asked the right questions- budget, future plans / limitations, provided options, and he was honest, patient, and engaged. He takes pride in service and customer relations. From his tidy shop to his ability to multitask. He’s busy, but he manages a great team, confident in their skillset. He puts in the extra time to flow through- from admin to shop upkeep. All the details to set his team up for next day. -Upon picking up my car I observed him troubleshooting over phone, summoned to approve a crucial step in a unique custom équipement install, and acknowledge and update me.

I’ve since been back twice to add a stealth sub component (clean wiring, visually indistinguishable, and enduring- been more than a year.

I usually don't write reviews unless the service has been exceptional and I am delighted to say my interactions with Fernando at Bay Radio And Alarm were simply exceptional. Few reasons why I would recommend him without a second thought:- I wanted to get new alarm system installed on my car and after talking to multiple renowned/authorized shops in my area I decided to go with Fernando at Bay Radio And Alarm, walnut creek because he listened to me patiently and understood my concerns. When I went to him, I again explained and he tried to provide the best he could without trying to sell something which I may not want. He also provided me the best price that he could. Did the installation in record time this saving me time so that I could use my car sooner. After installation when one of the sensor wasn't working as expected, he offered to remove it at no extra labour cost. He even offered to take out the entire system if I wasn't happy with it and he would refund the entire amount. This kind of generousity is rarely seen in this business and hence hats off to him.

I am still figuring out the alarm system and would go back to him if I see any issues but he is the kind of person you would like to do business with since he has offered me to come back anytime if I see any issues and he will get it taken care of in the lifetime labour guarantee that he provides.
