I had Genesis replace my sunroof in November 2019. I used it normally through the spring and summer months. Feb 2021 on a warm day I hopped in my car and tried to open the sunroof. Nothing, it would not open. I went back to Genesis and he told me that it only had a 1 year warranty and that it expired last November 2020. I asked him who checks their sunroof weekly when you don’t use in winter months, If you purchase a sunroof you would certainly expect that it was going to last more than a year for the amount of money they charged me. He said he would look into the cost of another one and have not heard back from him in two months. I am a retired widow and do not appreciate being ripped off and taken advantage of. You should expect an item like this to last a reasonable amount of time without worry or having to check up on it weekly. Worst shop!!!! If I could I would give them no stars. To start off, I called last Monday to schedule an appointment for a sunroof installation I got scheduled for Saturday at 9am. Got there at 8am. They started to work on my truck around 9:40am. They had told me they would be done in 3-4hrs. I was there from 8am to 5pm!!!! And they didn't even finish the sunroof installation because they had cut the headliner panel wrong. I told the owner that I wanted them to replace the headliner because they ruined it. He told me that he was going to glue the pieces back. What??? I told him I wanted a new one because I was going to take it to real professionals to fix it and he told me that he wasn't going to get me a new one. Now I need to buy a new headliner panel. STAY AWAY THERES WAY BETTER SUNROOF SHOPS OUT THERE AND FOR...

These guys don't deserve your service. Though they adequately fixed the issue I came in for, they caused twice the value of damage to my bumper in the process. When I went to pick up my car, the damage was hidden from me, instead of told to me straight, and it wasn't until after the 2 miles it took to get home that I found the damage. After calling and trying to be reasonable I was cussed out and hung up on. I will not see that $1.5k ever again...
