J.Jill — Local services in Walnut Creek

I like shopping in the WC J.Jill store. However, some of the sales associates make me feel inadequate. After I complained on their web site, things got better but still I feel like an underdog when I go there. I may be wrong, but I have a feeling that some of the salespersons perceive me like one of their non traditional customers - middle class , (american standards) white women. I never have someone helping me, not that I need it but it is kind of insulting. I have not encountered similar treatment in any other store. I was in Walnut Creek store last Saturday to check up what do you have in the store. Around 2 - 3 pm. One of the Sales Associate never greeted me, never smiled nothing. Loock that she is no happy working in the store. She loocked frustraded because most the custumers were at the clearence area. Bad customer service. Only 2 salespeople, 1 helping another customer, 1 folding clothes on display. No other customers. I asked the folding salesperson (older asian woman with black frame glasses)to return an item; she acknowledged me, but continued to fold for several minutes while I waited at the register.
