Kohl's — Local services in Warner Robins

The store closes at 10 pm. I arrived at 935 pm unaware that the store would be soon closing. I picked out a yellow, spring dress in my size &took it with me to the intimates dept, which was returned to the rack when I was not looking. I promptly found 10 pairs of mix and match "SO" brand ladies' underwear and 2 bras. The imminent store closing in 5 minutes was announced as I picked out my yellow spring dress once again and went to the customer service to be rung up. The associate noticed I was short 2 pairs of underwear and 1 was a size too large. She encouraged me despite store closing to run get what I needed and return for immediate processing. As I briskly walked past 2 associates waiting near the front, I apologized and assured them I'd promptly return with 3 sufficient items to replace the incorrect ones. They both stared blankly at me as I shuffled by again as prompt as I'd promised. My order was completed. I was very pleased but it was marred by employees with no patience being inconvenienced for at the very most 5...

My family and i went to Kohls to do some shopping and we had the worse experience ever from.the cashier Teresa and the Manager Jennifer. I had a pair of capris off the clearance rack and they wrong up for one price, and i told Teresa that wasn't the correct price she called her manager Jennifer and told her the situation. Jennifer (Manager) asked Teresa(Cashier) in front on me did I switch the price or were the price on the pants good. Teresa acted like she couldn't answer the question. She was like i don't know. I replied Teresa you know that the price was on the pants when you rung them up so don't lie. Jennifer acted like she didn't believe me that he customer. Then Teresa acted like she didn't wa t to accept my coupons. I'm a loyal Kohl's customer and have never been treated like this before. I will be returning the items and getting my money back. I spent over $200.00 I won't be returning back to the Warner Robins store because of Teresa...

Very nice store seems very slow in there, not a lot of people, at least not when we went. 😃😊👍 They have a drop off for Amazon returns. The cashier there was extremely welcoming and nice and more than helpful as she walked from what I assume was her usual register to the area to help me with my return for Amazon after I enquired with her where I could find it, showing that she does more than just ring things up for the store and didn't complain it wasn't her job. 🥰👏🌟 It was very nice to not have to wait for someone else to assist me. I also had asked for something, if they sold it and she was helpful enough to try and help me try to find though we never found what it was. I Believe her name was Diana or Debbie, can't recall now, thats my issue not hers. 😅🤔🤷 She did leave me with a wonderful impression of the store just I have trouble remembering names though I did address her as I do others who clearly show their names on their name...
