This is without question the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. So I took my daughter there for breakfast and I ordered the egg white grill meal with coffee. When I got was deep fried chicken and a whole egg. Not a big deal to mess up an order it happens. So I asked him if they could bring me out what I asked for and I gave him my receipt. So they bring me out of egg white grill and it's awful. The English muffin is not toasted, it's raw and soggy. So I have politely ask if they'd mind remaking it it also bring me fresh hash browns because I like them hot. So the second sandwich they bring me is worse than the first. The English muffin raw and soggy, she's not melted, chicken not hot, potatoes not hot and potato soggy. And in the box of potatoes are french fries. And wrapped up in my egg white and grilled chicken sandwich was bits of deep fried chicken. How does that happen? But I can't be held hostage because I'm hungry and my daughter and I have things to do so I have to eat it. It then one of the employees who cleans up the tables comes up and puts her fingers all over my daughter's face saying oh you're so cute. Why do the employees think they can touch children? Is management telling employees it's okay to go up to children and put your dirty hands on their face? I won't be going back to this Chick-fil-A. $18 for garbage.
And they tout free refills on their drinks. So I went up to get a refill on my $3 coffee. And they said to me " we're all out. We didn't...
Read moreI wanted to give a shout out to the employees working night shift a couple of nights ago. I had just finished a 12 hour shift at my job and drove back home half an hour to warner robins and needed to pick up dinner for my family.
Connor, a young man with red hair was very kind, gave exceptional customer service, went above and beyond, and deserves recognition for his efforts, skill-set, and kindness that night. If I need to call corporate to ensure that Connor, the other young man on drive thru, and the young lady also working drive thru window get recognition, promotional opportunities, or a raise, I will do so. Please let me know.
Management at this location, you have a very solid team of wonderful workers. They always are extremely professional, diligent, multitask effectively, and are phenomenal workers. Please pay your people well, keep them, and reward them for their excellence.
They made sure to answer all my questions, keep a consistent flow of drive waves before closing, ensured quality of service and products, and were super awesome team players. Everyone wants to go home at night especially before closing, but these employees didn't rush anyone out, treat anyone with annoyance, and had such amazing vibes and energy.
Will definitely be returning, this location is the best out of all of the Chick-fil-A's throughout...
Read moreThey need to fix that stupid lane that's diffrent from almost all stores. I went thru that thing at least 3 times. First time i didn't realize it wasn't like the other Chic Fil A and went thru the mobile order line. When I realized what line I was in I tried to put a order in on my phone. But to my liking one of the workers tapped my window and said I needed to move. So the person behind me can proceed. It would've only taken me a seconds since i was already in my app. But I pulled around anyway only to be stopped with about 5 other cars waiting. I could've had mine in by then. Finally to the front and I roll around and ordered the food from phone. But this time I realized I didn't scan the QR code. But the worker was nice about it and looked for my order anyway. That's when we noticed I ordered from a different locations. She showed me how to cancel. So I had to go around another time. When I tell you I was dizzy my car was dizzy. If i wasnt near the place I needed to be. I wouldve left them Chicken Minis right where they were. It was just to much. I'll stick with my Byron location. Atleast both lanes you can order from. Ugh.... Worst drive thru experience out of any visit...
