I had knee surgery that went wrong in June 2019. I struggled and suffered with CRPS and a leg that just didn't function properly but noone listened or helped. Been through several PT places, many doctors and acupuncture. I was desperately looking for answers and relief when I came across Sonia's website. I thought well maybe a lymphatic massage will help it was about the only thing I haven't tried. My lymphatic massage quickly turned into a long conversation about the history of my issue and she was the first to actually tell me why my leg was rock hard and to acknowledge that my leg and foot were distorted and pointing the wrong directions. I was relieved and hopeful that maybe just maybe someone could actually help! I continued with her every week for months and there was improvement every single week! I was able to walk much easier, able to do steps better, just felt better in general. She also recommended me try PT again, but with Riverwalk PT. I was extremely hesitant but I trusted her and it was a great decision as well! With them tag teaming my leg I am beyond thankful for my progress. I cannot say enough about Sonia's professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend her to any and everyone. She can and will make you feel better even if you don't realize you have issues going on. I thank Sonia for getting my on a path of healing after a long painful year and a half. I have a way to go but I know now I will get there...
Read moreI have a lot to say about Sonia…all positive. I’ve been seeing massage therapists for over 20 years now. It’s been my form of self-care and maintenance through the years. I used to live around the world for business and everywhere I lived, I found a massage therapist that I could go visit on a regular basis. I sit at a desk all day long for work and so you can only imagine what kind of issues that can create in your neck, back, etc. Well, my first session with Sonia, I realized that she was very different than anything I’ve experienced. She gave me a full body assessment which I have never had. To say she is a massage therapist sells her short and that’s because she is a medical massage therapist. Now I am a lifelong client of her. She’s helped me with me with improving my posture, pain, stiffness and has somehow managed to find all my bad habits which I’ve been trying to improve. She used massage, cupping, lymph detox and all the techniques she has been taught to treat my particular situation. She educates you every step of the way. I recently had an issue with plantar fasciitis…saw two podiatrists…a million of YouTube videos and contraptions I bought recommended by many to fix my issue. After just 2 sessions, I was all better. The magic touch…Sonia Walker. If you want relief from what ails you, go see Sonia and feel better. And oh yeah…she does the nice, relaxing massages too if that's...
