CORT Furniture Rental — Local services in Warren

I don't know if I'll ever buy new furniture again! I was looking to furnish my basement and therefore didn't want to spend a fortune/didn't have a fortune to spend on what will be a playroom for my son. I also want to open it up to small groups for my church and therefore didn't want junk or random, mismatched pieces. Buying new furniture from Zulily or the like might be somewhat affordable, but not completely, and delivery from these during the pandemic would only drop the stuff at my front door, not be brought inside and carried downstairs.

Buying used furniture was looking to be my best option, but shopping people's personal stuff off Facebook/Craigslist wasn't appealing to me. As a single-mom, I have personal safety concerns and didn't want to show up at a stranger's home, nor did I have a clue as to how I would get the furniture to my house and down the steps. Too, there IS a pandemic, but of bigger concern to me was bringing in bedbugs/other people's dander/pet hair/cigarette smoke/etc.

I don't know why I remembered Cort Furniture, but am so happy the thought occurred to me! Not only did I buy two sofas, a loveseat, a big flat-screen t.v. and a dvd player for less than $650 delivered!...but my salesgirl, Kesha, assured me all the furniture is cleaned prior to being brought into their warehouse, including being put in a heated room/oven of some sort to kill any bedbugs! Kesha too was this amazingly perfect balance between Professional and Personable! Even if I wasn't getting such an amazing deal on the furniture, she made the whole experience so easy, fun, and comfortable! I was buying furniture, sight-unseen, and having it delivered to my home and the whole process couldn't have gone better! After making my initial purchase, I decided to add another sofa only a few days before delivery, and she processed that without missing a beat!

On the day of delivery, the gentlemen who wrestled those sofas down my basement steps were absolutely wonderful! Respectful of me, my home, very friendly. Honestly, I was tempted to invite them and Kesha all to hang out, they were each such a joy to work with. I'd later go on to order more furniture for the basement, and there too, Kesha was unbelievably kind and helpful, even working with me through my own medical emergency & scheduling-upset.

It's one thing to get furniture for a great price, another to get used furniture in excellent condition for a great price AND delivered!, but how the staff at Cort treated me took this experience to a whole new level! I couldn't recommend...

First - The women running this store deserve a raise - seldom in this day and age do you get such kind , courteous, patient, and knowledgeable help - for that alone I would go to this store again - Dynasti is an excellent manager !! Employees are the backbone of the company and so certainly hope they both have good pay, job security, and good benefits - if not CORT get on it asap - they are the number 1 reason I'll be purchasing here again 2) This was my first time here and I expected what I've gotten at other places heavy handed sales , junk furniture, or poor service . Surprisingly I fell in love with this place !! 3) I'm in a very stressful moving situation - and needed furniture stat - without funds to go out and buy 'regular' furniture - to my surprise the quality and selection far outpaced my expectations - I purchased to accent chairs and a side table - II also purchased towels!! I didn't even know they had towels !!! Ladies made my super stressful day far easier 4) You may find what you want or need on first visit - I did - however their stock is constantly changing so this may be a place to visit 1-2 x a week if in market for furniture - I got VERY high quality MCM styled unique living room accent chairs that would have been about $550-600 - for $199 and i walked them out the door ! I have a bad back and these chairs were 1) like new ! 2) SUPER comfortable !!

I'll be back to get a desk , coffee table , and maybe some art / lamps . NOTE: I was only looking to purchase not rent but it seems like the place to go if you need rental furniture for staging a home or short term rental !! Great selection and GREAT...

We had a home fire on Feb 26th this year (2019). When we finally signed a lease for a rental himhe until ours can be rebuilt, or insurance company deals with THD (temporary housing development) they set up all of our temporary housing furnishing with Cort Furniture. The furniture is in great condition and the two gentleman that came with the delivery and set up on Friday April 12th2019 couldn't have been now awesome out thorough.... they were truly wonderful to deal with. One was named Santiago and I'm sorry the other slips my mind, but they were both very gracious and helpful. Thank you Cort furniture and your AWESOME...
