Just had a very terrible experience here at the store. I tried to help our community through resupply which is a veteran organization. I was instructed to pick up some items from Ace Hardware that were being donated to Habitat in our community. I have my son with me which is six years old. I had him with me so I could teach him worth ethic. He helps me in my business.. The manager, there will not allow me to get the items and constantly questioned me about what I was making to transport the items to Habitat, the charity organization. I was upset that my son had to experience this behavior in 2024 since being in this community. This has been my very first experience of racism.. discrimination at his highest peak, this manager needs to be retrain properly. I need to consider another line of work when dealing with the...

Awful customer service. Walked in the store and asked if they serviced back pack blowers bought at a different Ace hardware. One guy asked where I bought it, I told him, he said to take it back there. Another guy said they could work on it. Dropped it off. Three days later I called to check on it and it hadn’t been touched. The person I spoke to on the phone said someone MIGHT look at it today or tomorrow. I just picked it up. My time is valuable so I decided to take it somewhere that wanted my business. I had great experiences at other Aces but this one not so much....

AWESOME shopping experience at Costello's ACE Hardware in Warrenton, Va. Store was very clean and in good order. They stock a wide variety of inventory. I easily found everything that I needed for my projects. Even walked out with a few bonus items! It was great fun walking around the store to see all that they had in stock.
