these people are lifesavers. my fiance and i had been talking about getting engaged and i made the very smart decision to size my own finger at home. flash forward to the proposal, my fiance bought the ring online and it turns out the ring was a whopping 5 SIZES bigger than my actual size. i knew it was a mistake obviously but i didn't realize how difficult it is to size a ring down by that much and the risk you take by doing so. there was no return policy on the ring. fortunately for us, we called gb jewelers and jim & tim were able to fit us in the same day. i was literally in hysterics but they were able to bring the ring down to my size in 2 hours, and they even cleaned it for us so it looked even more beautiful. they were so nice and kind and patient even when i was upset. the ladies who worked there were also so nice and kind, and we felt like we learned a lot while we were there. not to mention that their selection of jewelry was absolutely beautiful; i would definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for an engagement ring or any other jewerly. they are not looking to upsell or get you to spend more money than you need to, they genuinely care and want to help make these special moments even more special. thanks so much to jim, tim and all the employees at gb jewelers,...

On Friday, February 16, 2024 I brought in a ring to be sized. The ring was 56 years old and was a custom piece more than a half century ago. Jim looked at the item determined a less expensive method to size the ring. Unknown to me, upon very close observation, he discovered the original texture of the ring surface. The texture wore off decades ago, yet GB Jewelers recreated the original face pattern. This store takes pride in their work, is staffed by experienced craftsmen and go the extra mile to please a customer. When I picked up the resized ring I could not believe how smoothly it fit over my enlarged knuckles. Jim simply smiled and stated he added the "comfort fit" finish to insure easy on-and-off over my knuckle. This is the level of customer service you can expect at GB. CARLA is AMAZING ! Emailed image of necklace to them while standing in store, she then listened to exactly what I wanted, showed me nothing more, I hand selected stones, necklace chain and mounting material of what I wanted and they kept overly cautios of my price range. After I left they had to Immediately began rendering a computer animated design drawing of what I wanted and emailed me promptly due to a 3 week deadline. They were so cautios with my money, I, on my own volition decided to increase size of diamond and they re-rendered A CAD drawing and quoted me promptly AGAIN ! NO Pressured, made a comfortable experience and end result is phenomenal... another post to come with pictures after this lovely present is gifted.
