If I could I would give them zero stars for a rating!! So Iām going to try and break this down fast and simple. We recently purchased a 2015 pre certified Kia Sorento this past September 2017, the buying process was easy and great being that I knew the salesperson. But let me tell you 4 weeks into driving this car to Seattle it broke down on my wife, left her stranded on the side of the road with my 3 kids. I tried getting ahold of the Kia service department to guide me in the right direction I needed to go in. They kept just sending around in circles and my family was still stranded. I asked for a loaner car to go up and pick up my family and they said their want one available for me really!!!! All the while Iām trying to be as patient As I possibles can. I finally call my brother in law which took the time out of his busy schedule to drive my family down to the rental car place. Rented the car on our dime and it took Kia 4 months to reimburse us our money!! Towed it to Tacoma Kia and I had to drive during the week 3 hours back to pick up my car. The Kia in Tacoma said my front brakes were gonna be due for changer soon. I come back to Kia in warrenton and they say my breaks are fine. So one Kia dealer says they need to be changed and the one I purchased it from said they were fine. I have all this in writing. And by the way during the time I was gonna sign the final papers on my car they tried to sell me the car for $1000 more than the sale price. So I have $1000 credit wich they wonāt write me a check for. Itās clearly my money that I took a loan out for. Went in recently for a key fob that was promised to me by their sales manager called to follow up 2 months later he no longer is employees at Kia he went over to Lums auto. Gotta ahold of my sales rep, he then was getting it handled I called back 2 months later and now heās gone over to Lums auto center. So finally I talk to Iām guessing one of the owners or managers about my key fob let her know how frustrated I was with all of this and she says sheāll take care of the key fob, wich she did. Order me one without the hide a Key in it and charged me the labor to have it programmed to my car. After rounds and rounds with warrenton Kia Iām never I mean never going to do business their again. Iāve referred tons of buying customers to them and I will no longer do it. I feel violated and it really sucks to know my family was on the side of the road broken down and not one of the Kia dealerships had a loaner to give us. Anyways just my expirence though Iād share it...

I felt the person I spoke to was sincere and would follow through.I've never had a problem with Warrenton Kia and remain hopeful that they follow through. .............................
I will preface this with one thing: I rarely leave reviews for anything unless it's positive, but this really bothered me...
I went in to have my car serviced, and while everyone is friendly and my car was taken care of, I have one major issue:
Not a single person was wearing a mask inside.
I am not the mask police, but when I walk into a business that isn't following basic mask guidelines or even trying, I take pause.
This was not one or two employees. This was everyone I saw working there from the service department to the showroom. Approximately 9-10 people.
The person who opened the door for me, the people hanging out together in cubicles, the people behind the service desk, and the people working outside doing some sort of construction in front of the service area entrance....not one mask.
There IS a piece of plexiglass at the service desk, but that hardly matters when the gentleman working there brings the paperwork around the desk and has me sign it while hovering over me and handing me the same pen he and everyone else uses at the front desk. My coffee shop even separates clean and used pens. They handled my keys, got in my car, and did work on the INTERIOR of my car. While I didn't see them working on it, I can presume that since I saw no one wearing a mask, the people working on my car were probably not masked either.
I know everyone has varying opinions on mask wearing, but businesses should be taking appropriate precautions to protect both employees and customers.
I hate leaving a poor review, but this needs to be brought to their attention. If nothing changes, I will be writing both KIA and OSHA.
I would like to be clear that everyone has always been friendly and I've never had any issues with their service. I am just seriously disappointed by the complete disregard for other people's health and safety.
So, a star for service, a star for friendliness, and minus a star for everyone I had to come into close contact with who wasn't wearing a mask-- not to mention all the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk I am going to sound like a crazy Karen but trust me bro I am far from it.......I had to work with a lawyer to draft this letter of redress in the event that they don't undue the loan 10 days into the loan as a result of how shady they have handled this situation. The lawyer felt this was enough to resolve the situation and said he and 2 others would take this on if they didn't address this prior to it hitting a court room. They sold me a model s 85 the original post of the car was under different make information then what the car actually is, the rear left door opens constantly even while driving, the other rear door rarely works at all, they also charged me for a none refundable warranty that is void due to the car being 11 years old with 56k miles on it.
I called the company who handles the warranties and they said no claims under that car would be covered due to how old it is, when I contacted the branch manager Josh Ford and Dustin they accepted no wrong doing and originally agreed to trade the car in but sent in the new loan to my original pre approval that came from my bank but included the original charges onto the new loan even after I stated I wanted to opt out of these on the future loan once we traded the model s for a Honda accord ex-l but once I said I wanted to opt out of this they than stated I would have to wait due to the Honda needing a new battery and oil change but before I said I wanted to opt out of these charges they were ready for me to come in the next day. but all the sudden the Honda is unavailable? I asked why was the car posted for sale prior to being inspected for safety and mechanical reasons they then beat around the bush and addressed everything but the fraudulent Polysteel northwest protection package and the failed to address the Honda being posted for sale even though it has not been inspected prior.
I will be contacting everyone in the reviews section regarding and only including all the people who have had false upcharges and issues with the northwest package as well being applied on older cars that would void the warranty.
DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS EVER ENDLESS YOU ARE GETTING A BRAND NEW KIA AND CHECK FOR HIDDEN...
