After being assured by other AT&T stores that I would be able to receive a loaner phone while mine was being repaired, we went into the store to ask an associate whether or not I would be able to pick one up. We waited nearly twenty minutes to be helped. While waiting, we overheard one of the associates ( the one that ended up helping us) being very rude and unprofessional to another customer. We were reluctant to talk to this associate, but she was the only one available at the time. When asking her about a loaner phone, she informed us that we had to buy a, "Go" phone and we could sell it when I received my old phone back from repair. The tone and the words that she used to describe this to us was VERY condescending and made both of us feel unwelcome to a company that I have been a customer of for over ten years. Not only were her remarks rude and unprofessional, she rolled her eyes at us and told us there was nothing that she could do (She didn't even try).
This was by far the worst experience that we have ever had at an AT&T store (I've been to several stores all around the country), and we will not be going back. I will drive an hour out of my way to avoid being treated this way again!

He is condescending, rude, and just talks over me. He specifically told me that he can't help me and that the customer service reps over the phone just want to get rid of me that's why they tell me to come into the store. Today I waited outside for an hour while they continuously switched signs saying they were closed for lunch first from 2:00-2:45 then 2:45-3:35. I came back an hour before close to a new sign that said they were closing an hour early. I made it in a few minutes before close and he said there was nothing he could do because they were closing. I asked where the new Samsung series were at and got the "proverbial point". BRIAN has no intentions on making the company money or keeping my business. No interaction besides his nose in his laptop. He clearly couldnt be disturbed. Other gentlemen in the background also never solicited his service either. Again, his nose buried in his laptop. Incredible to say the least. He clearly didnt want to talk to us about the new opportunities and technology. As a business owner, I would fire him instantly and school him on how to actually deliver on a sales service level.
