Starbucks — Restaurant in Warrenton

the last two drive through visits to SB took time exceeding half an hour behind four cars, just sitting ten minutes..not moving. Then I went inside today and ordered a Chai Tea at ten AM, no other customers..the manager took my order instantly and continued giving her workers (clearly bossing everyone) instructions on what she wanted them to do and it did not occur to her or anyone to make my drink..she finally made someone elses drink and then it occurred to her she might make mine ten minutes after I ordered! It took about 40 seconds to make it..wonder why she let me sit a good 15 minutes waiting..She saw I was noticing the ridiculous wait and gave me a free drink card, but Im not sure I can afford the time it takes to get served..Warrenton starbucks has gone in the toilet.. and she said I just took over, trying to get this cleared up!! First time using their mobile app and placed my order. Love how it is ready before I even get there. I was given a cake pop for free for my birthday 🎂 that was sweet of them. I enjoyed the calming atmosphere at the location we went to. They have so many different treats to choose from. The sandwiches 🥪 with pesto one can’t go wrong. Their food tastes healthy. We love stopping in at this location! The baristas are always friendly and get my drink correct. Everything is kept clean and well maintained, and well stocked and in working condition. The employees seem happy to be there and not forced! Even through the recwnt busy Christmas season! This location is very supportive in the community, even allowing fliers to be posted for raising money for a local family who's house burned...
