BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE

SPECIFICALLY KARI AND SARA. I HAD A COOPERATE CLAIM AGAINST THIS LOCATION AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. WE ARE GOING ON ONE MONTH FROM WHEN THE COOPERATE WAS NOTIFIED. THEY CALLED ME TODAY WITH NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. SAYING THEY WERE NEVER CONTACTED. I HAVE A CASE NUMBER AS WELL AS I HAVE CALLED IN TWICE A WEEK FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS. THE QUALITY OF THERE PRODUCT IS BY FAR THE WORST OUT THERE. AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND IT. DONT PURCHASE THERE WARRANTY AS IT WILL DO YOU NO GOOD IN THE END. I HAVE HAD A DIAMOND FALL OUT OF MY FIANCES RING FOR THE 2ND TIME AND ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS REPLACE THE DIAMOND AGAIN. AFTER NOT BEING SATISFIED WITH THAT. THEY THEN STARTED GETTING AN ATTITUDE. Extremely poor customer service. I took a watch in for repair on November, 15, 2021 and never received a call about the status of the repair. I walked in on February 1st and they said they would have to call the individual doing the repair and get back to me. I did not receive a call back, thus called them. I wasn't sure about the "rust" that was reported to be the problem. I asked if I could talk to the person doing the repair. They said that they could not provide that information expect to tell me what the repair person said. Wondering what and where my watch was for all of that time. Did they hope that I would just forget about it? I eventually got it back, after I expressed my unhappiness with the situation. Beware...

I went in to have a ring that was not from Fred Meyer Jewelers resized. I was quoted the wrong price even though I told the employee that my metal was platinum. They tried to call me one time to see if the price difference was okay. However they didn’t get a hold of me and did not attempt to call me again. The only reason I knew that there was an issue was when I went in on the date it was supposed to be ready and was told they hadn’t even started it but would start on it the next day. I called three days later to see when it would be done and was told it had come in the day before, but I hadn’t received a call.
