The poor excuse of a manager, Jeremy (about 6ft tall/bald/glasses/terrible looking beard), should be reevaluated for his position in this store. While using your dog baths on April 6th he walks in and accuses us of not paying. I simply tell him to check his cameras before he accuses his customers of stealing. He then tried to say that he had to give 3 customers refunds because we had taken “over one hour” to bath and dry our two dogs. We were In and out of your store in 40 minutes according to our receipt. Maybe there should be some store wide training that teaches Jeremy of your pet bathing policy that states first come first serve with zero time limit. Of course we would’ve been courteous if we would’ve known other people were waiting! Maybe Jeremy should’ve came In and asked us nicely to hurry because we have a waiting list of pups waiting to bath, instead of accusing us of...

So the manager, Jeremy has decided to close down the pet wash station, Because somebody stole the supplies out of it.

It is closed Even for the people who are Willing to purchase soap from the store and go wash their dog with their purchased soap. I know because I asked he said “no I won’t let you do that”.

His attitude for the situation is not appropriate what so ever he blatantly told me one person ruined it for everyone, he locked the door to the pet wash station even though I bought the buy 3 get one free deal and drove 45 minutes just to wash my dog.

Completely rude and unprofessional I’m not writing this review to express how I feel but how this should have been properly handled.

As a business owner Jeremy would be fired.

DON’T LOCK THE PAYING...

Usually every time I’m there I really enjoy it and the team members are super helpful. I went for a pet was on May 5th at about 4:30 pm to wash 2 dogs with my mom and about 25 minutes in Jeremy came in and rudely said that we have taken too long and they are actually closed and there’s “lots of people waiting to use it” then left. We of course hurried but it takes some time to dry brush and husky lab. When we did leave the one guy that was waiting seemed like he didn’t mind to wait a bit and noticed that my dog was still damp and asked why I didn’t finish drying him. Online it doesn’t state when or if the wash closes and I’ve never been told the time limit. I’d assume it would stay open til about an hour before the store closes. Disappointed with...
