My husband's and my experience buying two queen mattresses at Roby's has been fantastic from walking in the store to sleeping on our new adjustable beds. First of all, this new showroom is really impressive. It's enormous and has lots of furniture, but we were there for the beds and we had so many mattress types to choose from, it was dizzying. But a sales associate helped us out asking about our needs and budget and sharing her own experience with the mattress she had purchased there. We spent quite a while chatting while I took my time lying in the beds and making sure I chose the correct mattress for me. When my husband arrived, I had narrowed his choices down to two, which he appreciated as he hates to shop! Finally, we were ready to purchase as D. had told us about the Brand Source credit card, which enabled us to buy the whole kit and caboodle and pay for it interest free over 12 months! She recommended we buy their mattress covers to guarantee we could return the mattresses within 10 days, should anything go awry. I was a little hesitant as they are very different from the kind of cover I usually buy, but I wanted the peace of mind. To my delight, they are very nice and I'm glad I got them. It took 3 weeks for the mattresses and adjustable bed frames to be delivered. We arranged a time window of 2-4, but the guys, Sam & Jake, had gotten finished early. So they called me and politely asked if we would happen to be ready earlier. Unfortunately, we weren't home and I was worried, but only for a moment as they said, 'No problem, we'll go get lunch. Call us when you're ready!' My husband called them about a half an hour later and they showed up and assembled both platforms lickety-split! They put the mattresses down and suddenly my husband said, 'Wait a minute! I think their in the wrong place.' So he called me, and yes they were. Sam and Jake again said, 'No problem!' and switched the mattresses. They were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and made quick work of the delivery and assembly.

We have so far been kicking ourselves for not having switched to adjustable beds sooner! What a difference! Being able to move the mattress so that we're comfy sitting up and watching old movies like "The Big Sleep" and then having the mattress silently recline to the proper sleeping position...Heaven! Not to understate what a difference the mattress itself makes. No longer waking up because I'm hot and/or uncomfortable. Also not being sore when getting up, because my mattress was too soft. There really is no accounting for how much difference a good night's sleep makes in your overall health and mood. This has been hands down one of the best purchases we've ever made. We were delighted with the service Austin gave us when looking for a new mattress at Roby's. When the mattress was delivered to our home the two men were so nice to remove their shoes as well as lay covering on our new carpet. Nice and easy finding the right mattress for us. The owner actually helped us out through the process. When it came time for delivery, Jake and Brandon were top notch. They communicated well by phone, let us know they were ahead of schedule, and then showed up exactly when expected.
