Honestly I love this store I am a very loyal customer. I can’t tell you how many Friday or Saturday nights I have run over and bought something to wear that night because I always “have nothing to wear”. But I am so tired of you’re store closing early. This is not the first time you have closed early and today I came up to the door a few minutes before closing (not knowing you’d be closing at 6). The sales associate was standIng right at the front door and when I pulled on the door handle to come in it was closed and she didn’t even turn around to at the least say sorry we are closed. Absolutely LOVED the customer service and my experience here! I was on a mission to look for a couple of items that I already knew that I wanted, an associate approached me with a smile and pleasant greeting, she asked me if I needed assistance to which I replied that there are a few items I want but don’t know where it may be in the shop and she quickly went to find the wanted products and handed them to me and then got me started at a fitting room and kept checking in with me (gosh she was so sweet!) and when she was ringing me up, she let me know that I had a rewards under my account that I didn’t know about and neatly folded the clothing for me. I have been to a handful of Francesa’s locations and this one is by far my favorite. It’s super cute aesthetically and the wide variety of clothes blew me away.
