Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Warwick Township

Great shopping center with a mix of local businesses and bigger retail stores. Along with Wendy's, McDonald's, Saladwoeks, Moe's, and 3 or 4 other eateries its one of the few shopping centers around the area that has sincerely everything you need or want. I shopping here probably 4 or 5 times a week and at times the traffic flow into it is to say the least annoying lol it doesn't matter. This is probably the worst Target we have ever been to. From the overflowing trash cans at the front doors to the dirt and trash all over the floors all through the store I was the dirtiest Target my family has ever been to, then when it was time to check out we went to two different registers that were open, lights on, only to have the team members come back to the registers with customers they had hunted down from somewhere else come and stare us down until we picked our things up to be bought and go pay elsewhere.....I'm not sure what is going on here but gross and...

I find it an absolute disgrace that the American flag in the parking lot looks like this!!! But the Village of Kissell Hill flag looks great. How insulting to have the American flag so ripped up and in despair. So disheartening to me as an American and to the men and women who serve/served our country. I also noticed that very nice trees in the parking lot of Giant and in front of the Hallmark store were being cut down. These trees were very nice and not big at all.
