I saw the overall rating of 2.5 stars and this lead me to want to leave a review. The Hospital drive Kroger pharmacy is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Yes, there will be a line if you go around 3pm when everyone’s prescriptions are ready. Yes, you may have to wait 30 minutes (usually less than the 30 min they tell you) if you don’t call ahead to let them know what time you need your prescription ready. But you will Always see the pharmacist and techs very busily working. No one is ever sitting down or appearing to be on break. They have 3 female pharmacists who are exceptionally intelligent AND have taken the time to discuss with me personally various options for over the counter medications for my children, better options for giving medications to a toddler even going as far as to rummage around themselves for a better dosing syringe for my toddler’s specific medication, they have personally spoken with me about better options than my insurance on particular medication prices which have saved me well over $130 a year and even taken time during the busy cold and flu season to discuss options for methimazole for my cat. They do this while I see them checking the line and multi tasking to get everyone taken care of as efficiently as possible. They did all of this without me ever even mentioning that I am a physician. They are absolutely amazing & very caring. I wanted to write this so that everyone when waiting in line understands that they will do the same for you as well and this is part of why we wait. I recommend them to everyone. Thank...

Lynn, an older pharmacy tech, is the rudest person I have ever experienced! I came from the little clinic to get my medication, and she told me they didn’t have it; it was sent to Marysville. She rudely told me to get out of line and call them and cancel it. I did that , and got back in line. When I came up to her window again, she said she didn’t think they had the medicine…really ? I asked her to check and she was very rude with me. She told me to come back at 11:30 for one of the medications. I asked her if they had both medications. Again, she was rude because I asked to to check on the second medicine. When I came back at 11:30, ( standing in line for now a third time) they didn’t have my medications ready. The girl that waited on me said that Lynn put the medicine in for the following day! That was uncalled for! So now I had to come back yet again and wait. Three hours had gone by before I was able to get my medication from a little clinic visit…unreal!!!
She was rude with customers before me as well. A gentleman asked how to take the medicine and she “smartly”replied, “The directions are inside the bag!” That was unbelievable RUDE! Her tone with customer is snippy and mean! She should have some type of action taken against her! There is never any reason to treat customers in such a negative manner!
This pharmacy is a joke! I have already switched to...
Read moreEven 1 star too much for this pharmacy and couple pharmacists in the place. I have waited 5 minutes in line. And After telling me to wait for few minutes which ended up being 15 minutes, I had to get in line AGAIN to get my prescription. 5 seconds after the transaction completed, I wanted to ask a clarifying question about my prescription and the pharmacist told me that I needed to get back in line of 10 people AGAIN to ask one consulting question about the prescription I got 10 seconds ago!!!!! Another gentleman in line who witnessed the situation kindly offered his turn which I kindly rejected, not only to be disrespectful but also refused to deal with this KAREN CHARACTER AGAIN…. The first pharmacist, who was the one who told me to wait few minutes which ended up waiting another 15 minutes on top of the first 5 minutes I had waited, was also rude. After telling me to wait few minutes, she left and came 15 minutes later and acted as if nothing happened and didn’t even pay attention to the situation. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN...
