Hands down the best customer service possible. I kept burning through coils by my own ignorance of how my āmodā worked and both employees were more than helpful. Even though I came in with a device purchased from another store (it was a hand-me-down), I was essentially given a tutorial on how my device worked, as well as a basic course on being an electrician. I know one of the men that helped me was named Max. Super friendly, very helpful. The second and main person was named Will (I hope, Iām bad with names). If I got āWillā wrong, my understanding is that he is soon to be the manager of the Fairborn location. His management position is well deserved as I received nothing but the best of service from him. āWillā is taller w glasses and āblondā hair, Max has brown hair and a full beard. Both were very nice, very helpful and the reason I will make Vapor Haus my home for what I need.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was helped by an employee there named Johnathan. Not only was he calm and collected through my irritated explanation, but he made it very clear that he was fully prepared to help me in every way he possibly could. Johnathan was such an informative person to talk to, not only did he rectify my problem but he also sent me off with some great information regarding vaping in general. It was a breath of fruity flavored air to have someone not only care about me as a customer, but as a person. He truly cares about what he does.
