Terrible customer service. I went in to make an online return and exchange a pair of jeans. The employee told me she would process two returns and place the jeans I wanted to exchange onto a gift card. I asked her to confirm that the jeans I wanted were in stock before putting anything on the gift card, so I could still receive a refund if needed. She assured me that they always have those jeans in stock, so we proceeded.
However, after returning both items, she placed the jeans onto the gift card. She then went to find the correct size for me, but came back and said, 'Sorry, we're out of stock.' I asked for a refund instead, and she told me the money had already been put on the gift card. I explained that this is why I had asked her to check stock before placing anything on the gift card, as now I'm stuck with a gift card instead of a refund.
I will never return to this store. I highly recommend...

BUYER BE WARNED -- I returned $250 worth of merchandise three weeks ago at this location: it was very clear that the cashier didnt care about attending to customers, and didnt seem to be competent. Thankfully, I kept my return receipt; however, the customer service wasnt even able to get my return processed and now I have to just try to call back and hope I get a different result.

She gave me good insights on deals, in store/online selections, and even benefits I didn’t know about for the Abercrombie account. I ended up going on a much needed and unplanned shopping spree and even ordered some things in the store because of her. The personalized store experience was very unique, and I would go back shopping just for the customer service.
