Worked with Suzannah on the design for my condo in DC in 2016. She expertly helped us navigate the DCRA process. She has an in depth understanding of the permit and building process. As a first time renovator she really took the time to explain and walk us through the process. We worked together again in 2019 on the plans for a development project in Petworth and Suzannah was able to deliver excellent permitted plans again.
