Had the good fortune of working with Tim from the Washington DC store. Tim helped repair & wash an old / absolutely destroyed Cerium Hoody insulated jacket that was used to train heavy, demanding working German Shepherds. It was in such rough shape that I thought it was lost for good. Tim was able to restore it, fix a few holes, and have it looking brand new through their washing service. So happy with the effort, comms, and just excitement to work on it. Its nice when those that 'hold the flag' for their company are really passionate / knowledgeable and give a great deal back to customers. Read moreThe Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store is well maintain and have different styles and colors for any type of winter activity. The staff was able to get the color and size of the hardshell in the stock room, unfortunately they were out of stock of the softshell but they was quickly able to assist me in getting it. Overall experience was awesome, and learned from the short time I was in there. additional info: yes its pricey but its well worth it if your going to do any winter sports or any winter trips.
