Working with Kelly is a road to healing but one of the most empowering experiences of my recovery journey. Her dedication to her craft and her clients is truly unmatched. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear you’re in expert hands. Kelly takes the time to carefully analyze your body prior to each treatment, paying close attention to shifts, patterns, and needs with a level of precision and care that’s rare to find.
Her deep awareness and ability to explain complex movements or injuries in a way that makes sense is a game changer. She doesn’t just treat the pain, she equips you with the knowledge and independent exercises needed to take ownership of your healing outside of the session.
What sets Kelly apart is the natural way she fosters care and trust. You never feel like just another patient being passed off to techs, she is hands-on and fully present. That level of personal investment is reflected in her entire staff as well. Everyone on her team brings a unique specialty, and it’s clear they take pride in the quality of work Kelly leads with.

Read moreI thought my physical therapist was friendly and knowledgable. The structure for care at this office did not resonate well with me. After the first intake evaluation, you work with a PT for about 20 - 30 minutes each session, and then do exercises on your own or with the instruction of an aide.
However, during my time with the PT, she was often slightly distracted with the client she had seen before me that was now on to doing exercises.
The PT has to tell the aide very quickly what exercises to do with you that day, while her next client is already waiting. The aide often needed more guidance, so the PT would pipe in sometimes to tell the aide what to do next or how to do something. The PT aide also didn't really give much feedback while I was doing exercises - like whether I was doing it right or wrong, what I should be feeling etc.
The effect being that it seemed like no one was able to fully concentrate on one client at a time. My issue didn’t seem to be resolving after a couple weeks of visits so I ended care there. This structure might work for lots of people, but it didn't...
Read moreI went to Washington Wellness after being referred for PT by my doctor. After a few sessions, I was contacted by my health insurance provider as there was an issue with the way my treatments were being submitted by Washington Wellness. Thankfully, my insurance provider actually called Washington Wellness and spoke with them about the issue and then relayed to me that the ball was in Washington Wellness’ court. After not hearing from anyone, I called Washington Wellness and was told that they were working on the issue would follow up. I waited and called again and was curtly told that my case was being “peer reviewed.” That was nearly 4 months ago, no one ever called me back, yet I got a bill in the mail this week for the treatments I received in February! Really disappointed with the lack of...
