Hey there, AT&T Team and awesome potential customers! I'm here to share an incredible experience I had at the AT&T store. It's a story that will make any doubts vanish into thin air. So, grab a seat and get ready for an adventure! I walked into the store feeling a bit unsure, but boy, was I in for a treat! The AT&T team, led by the amazing Felicia, blew me away with their top-notch service. Felicia, the super-cool manager, was like a tech guru with a heart of gold. She knew everything about the gadgets and gizmos in the store, and she made sure I got all the answers I needed. But here's the best part: she had a wicked sense of humor! We had a blast cracking jokes and laughing together. Felicia wasn't just about the tech stuff, though. She genuinely cared about me as a person. She took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to find the perfect solution. Talk about going the extra mile! I want to give a big shoutout to the entire AT&T team. You guys rock! Every person I met in the store was friendly and helpful, making me feel like a VIP. You're a team that truly knows how to make customers feel special. Now, to all you potential customers out there who may still have doubts, listen up. The AT&T team, led by the incredible Felicia, is here to blow your socks off. They'll take care of you like family and make sure you leave with a smile on your face. So, potential customers, get ready for an unforgettable experience at the AT&T store. Embrace the expertise, humor, and friendliness that Felicia and her team bring to the table. Trust me, you won't regret it!

James...
Read moreWhile setting up the personal preferences on my new phone, I noticed the WiFi Calling was disabled. When I tried to turn it on, I was prompted to call AT&T to activate the service on my account. I called AT&T and reached an overseas call center. While the tech was working on my eSIM card, the call disconnected and I lost Cell Service. So, not only my WiFi Calling was disabled, but now I had No Cell service either. I walked into this store, and was greeted by Felicia. She patiently listened as I explained what had happened! Within SECONDS she figured out the problem (for some reason, the Call Center tech had activated a second eSIM on my phone, before deactivating the first one). Felicia, promptly, restored my Cell Service by deactivating the first eSIM card. She also figured out the issue with WiFi Calling (we just recently moved here from another state, and WiFi Calling Emergency address was in conflict with the location of my phone and the new address). The two issues above require knowledge of the product to solve. I was beyond impressed by how Felicia was able to solve these problems so effortlessly. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable, and had a way of putting me at ease while she fixed my cell phone service. Customer Service Reps, such as Felicia, is why I am a loyal AT&T customer. Every carrier has its good points and bad points. They offer the same products. What sets them apart is the employees and customer service. And to me, this store is going to be my go to store for as long as I live...
Read moreWent in to get a new phone for my girlfriend. Greg is who helped us when we came in, and while getting setup he turned on a football game and kept getting side tracked on the game rather than getting a phone. As we were getting set up for a plan Greg said we had to pay for 3 months of insurance of Asurion for $17 a month and that it isn’t optional. I asked if that’s a required because we have never done that before and it sounds new. Upon asking to see the terms or the process to file a claim Greg said you either buy it or you don’t get a phone. He became very unprofessional with his tone and speech. I asked if I could pay for the phone outright so we don’t have to pay for insurance and he says only fraudulent people do that. He refused to explain more on the warranty and terms and he couldn’t provide any papers of the warranty, we left the store after being disrespected. I looked online and this is not required, only optional. After calling another store to verify this policy they said that it’s not required making me happy I left this store and representative. I never leave reviews but felt it was needed so others don’t get taken...
