The cashier didn't even bother to ask me if I was with Serve DC before she rung up my purchase. I just checked my credit card account & she has charged me twice for 1 pair of pants. The 1st was the original price of $93 for a pair of damn yoga/workout pants which is f'n insane. The 2nd charge was when I informed her that the price she charged me couldn't have included the 20% off the sales price. She said, "Oh well I didn't know because most of our shoppers aren't with them (Serve DC)." She proceeds to do what I assumed was calculating the discount & subtract the difference. No. She rang it up again as $70+ tax thus charging me twice. Now I feel that I don't even want the item being charged twice for it. I needed new work out pants (that weren't see through as they have become at Gap, my old standby). I heard from my Pilates instructor, a regular at this Athleta location, that they were having a sale. Immediately upon walking in on a busy Saturday afternoon, someone asked me if I needed help. Danielle, who I later learned is the store manager, proceeded to help me find a number of great options for the activities in which I participate. The other sales associates who helped me were also attentive and kind. I left with two pairs of great workout pants that do exactly what they are supposed to do.
