I just tried calling the store on 14th Street to let them know my internet server isn't letting me access the website due to security certificate expired 25 days ago. That makes their website unsafe for personal info like credit card numbers, bank accounts, messages etc. could be hacked from people's devices. The lady whose name is, Clarissa answered the phone, I talked for maybe 20 seconds before she asked me to hold on. She proceeded to take another call. She didn't press mute or actually put me on hold because I could hear her entire conversation. She spoke in Spanish during that call and it was more than the time she even listen to what my concerns were. I hung up because I didn't want to continue to listen to her talk to another caller.
